4. Education and Professional Knowledge: The representative possesses relevant education and professional expertise, allowing them to competently fulfill their role.
5. Understanding of LTRK Operations: The representative has a solid understanding of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s activities and objectives.
6. Relations with Local Institutions: The representative is capable of establishing and maintaining strong connections with local institutions, such as chambers of commerce, government agencies, embassies, and other organizations.
