About the Exhibition

Latvian entrepreneurs are invited to participate in a business visit to India and attend the 4th International India Trade Show, which will take place from 25 to 29 September 2026 at the India Expo Mart exhibition centre in Greater Noida, Delhi region.

The exhibition will bring together more than 2,500 companies, over 125,000 B2B visitors, and more than 450,000 B2C visitors, providing a broad platform for establishing international contacts and developing new cooperation opportunities.

The visit is organized by the Indo-Baltic Chamber of Commerce (IBCC) in cooperation with the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) – an export promotion organization supported by the Government of India.

Participation in the exhibition will provide Latvian entrepreneurs with an opportunity to meet Indian companies and exporters from various sectors, establish new business contacts, and explore opportunities for cooperation, export development, and the creation of new supply chains with Indian partners.

Participation Conditions and Special Offers

To facilitate Latvian entrepreneurs’ participation in the exhibition, the organizers offer special support conditions:

• Flight ticket reimbursement – up to USD 1,000 (economy class);
• Complimentary accommodation – 2 nights in a 5-star hotel (single room, including breakfast);
• Exhibition entry pass – access to the business visitor area;
• Complimentary catering – lunches during the exhibition days;
• Airport transfer – transportation from the airport to the hotel prior to the start of the exhibition.

Participation Fee and Registration

Registration fee: EUR 250

The registration fee covers organizational and administrative expenses, as well as advisory support throughout the preparation and arrival phases of the business mission.

Important Information for Participants

• The number of places is limited.
• Flight ticket reimbursement will be paid in cash after hotel check-out (after the 2-night stay) during the exhibition hours at the exhibition premises.
• Any additional accommodation costs beyond the 2 complimentary nights provided by the organizers shall be covered by the participant.
• Reimbursement is available for only one representative per company.
• Participants must have a valid Indian business visa. Upon request, the organizers can provide assistance with the visa application process.
