About project
To increase knowledge of organisations on the best strategies to involve women entrepreneurs (WE) in training and upskilling through
transnational exchange and Capacity Building Discussion;
To develop a new training curriculum on three sustainability dimensions – Economic, Social and Environmental –
designed on female entrepreneurs’ needs to ensure accessibility, quality and inclusivity;
To value sustainability, raise awareness, foster among WE, and promote an informed female workforce
Project activities
Capacity Building Discussion will be organised, involving interested stakeholders to discuss how to attract more
WE in training activities and identify suitable training format;
WomenESEPack curriculum on sustainability will be created, piloted in Italy and Latvia. It includes Final
Workshops where WE could implement their Action Plans. Feedback collected among participants;
Final Presentation of the outcomes will be organised for interested EU stakeholders, project results and materials
shared.
Project results
Successful participation between project partners and 10 European interested stakeholders at Capacity Building
Discussion. Publication of 1 Factsheet with outcomes.
3-module training curriculum piloted with 40 WE. Finalised training materials in English, German, Italian and
Latvian. 1 TtT for project staff+2 Final Workshops organised, 10 Action Plans finalised.
10 feedback interviews with female participants collected in a Final Booklet.
Successful organisation of 1 Final Presentation of results
