Productivity Evolution 2

The main objective of the project is to provide support for employees to improve their skills in order to promote the increase of non-technological innovation and labor productivity. To achieve the planned goals, the support for employees will be provided through organized training courses for companies from supported industry sectors, as well through ensured appropriate administrative processes in the project.

The successful results of the implemented project will be based on all planned and organized training courses.

It is planned to involve more than 285 entrepreneurs and to provide training courses for more than 4710 employed persons.

Within the programme the support is provided for representatives from 11 sectors.

Support in non-technological courses will be provided for those entrepreneurs, where the innovation of the product, processes, marketing or organizational processes is required.
