About the Project:
The Silver Up project promotes the exchange of experience and good practices to improve regional development policies. Its aim is to make these areas more attractive by using successful policy measures to create a favorable environment for a well-developed Silver economy. The partnership involves countries from southern, western, eastern and northern Europe, as well as candidate countries, all working together to implement and improve regional policies that support the development of the Silver economy by mobilizing local and regional stakeholder groups for this process. The expected results of Silver Up include improved policy instruments, increased regional attractiveness, and improved quality of life and social inclusion for older people. By promoting interregional learning and cooperation, the project aims to create a more socially inclusive and economically sustainable Europe.
