The general objective of the project is to build the capacity of VET actors (VET schools, companies, intermediary organisations) to use effectively digital tools in order to organise online apprenticeships.

• To support VET actors to develop and use digital skills and methods such as simulation, game-based learning, artificial intelligence, collaborative platforms, etc., to organise online apprenticeships;
• To support VET actors to design and implement digital strategies concerning the organisation of online apprenticeships that will fit their specific needs (also through the use of EU tools such as SELFIE and DigCompEdu);
• To empower VET actors to implement the principles of EFQEA also in an online work-based learning environment;
• To build the capacity of VET actors to adapt the organisation of their work and their procedures to organise effectively work-based learning);
• To promote the idea of online apprenticeships in every case where physical presence is not possible.

• A collection of at least 30 best practices from all over the world in order to identify ideas and practices that could be replicated in the local context of each VET actor;
• Three handbooks, one addressed to VET organisations, one addressed to intermediary organisations and one addressed to companies with step-by-step guides, tips and templates related to the organisation of online apprenticeships, guidance on the development of a digital apprenticeship strategy at institution level;
• A training course aiming at building the capacity of these actors to engage effectively in the organisation of effective online apprenticeships.
